The RLC is designed to assist small businesses unable to obtain full conventional financing through traditional financial institutions.

Ineligible Businesses:

Non-profit organizations
Media firms
Real estate developers
Bars, lounges and gambling related businesses
Marijuana-related businesses
Life Insurance companies
Speculative businesses
Financial businesses primarily engaged in lending
